Name: Rashawn Slater College: Northwestern Height: 6’4” Weight: 304 lbs Arm Length: 33” Overall Rank: 8 Position Rank: OT2 Strengths: Turn on the 2019 matchup between Slater and Ohio State’s Chase Young and you’ll see why so many in the NFL are in love with the former Northwestern tackle. Slater plays with poise, balance and excellent timing. With experience at left and right tackle, he also has versatility with some NFL teams believing he could be an All Pro at guard. Slater is consistent and efficient with his kickstep and punch timing. His footwork is exceptional as he’s light on his feet but can anchor down and stand his ground. He’s strong, athletic, smart and experienced. Northwestern coaches rave about his football IQ. While Slater doesn’t have elite height or length, his hand quickness and agility seem to cover up his deficiencies. He’s smooth working forward and backward and doesn’t have a hitch in his recovery that would prevent him from cutting off the edge when speed rushers try to expose his lack of length.
I am disappointed with your offering. When I signed up I thought I would be getting timely and interesting information. What I see are a couple of player ratings that I can get anywhere without paying for it.
Thoughts on the possibility of darrisaw going before slater?
