A side-by-side comparison has Jaycee Horn besting Patrick Surtain II in major events at their Pro Days. Who do you have as CB1 in a conversation that’s much closer for NFL teams than we may have realized.
Surtain remains my top-ranked cornerback and a DREAM fit for the Dallas Cowboys; but Horn has improved his stock in big ways.
I still like Caleb Farley. Are the injury concerns that high on him? If so he might fall out of the first round. Right now I have Farley going #10 to the Cowboys, Surtain #12 to the 49ers and Horn #16 to the Cardinals. My draft though is always changing and will keep changing until draft day.
Where do people think Farley falls to now? I feel like it's picks 20-40 given the injury concerns + how well Horn tested. Everyone needs a corner though, so who knows.
It’s Surtain but both are great players as is Farley. Teams literally didn’t throw at Surtain. Took away half the field every game. Will be a shut down NFL corner and is a great tackler
While I'm starting to like Horn more and more, Surtain just is THE guy for me in this draft class. I don't see many glaring weaknesses while I don't like how grabby Horn can be. Also, the 2 extra inches is an added bonus. While Horn locked himself in as my CB3, I have Surtain and Farley in their own tier.
I feel Horn falls to Arizona in this upcoming draft

Two cornerbacks I respect, Richard Sherman and Eric Crocker, both consider Jaycee Horn the best CB in the draft.

Horn, I think he will be the bigger playmaker in the NFL.

More athletic Corners out there but Surtain is best technical corner!!
Surtain is so well polished, but Horn’s ceiling is far higher to me. I think I’d probably lean Horn but Surtain is just so obviously the safe pick
