4 hours of sleep, a quick jog, and a whole lot of coffee.
Let’s do this thing all over again!
2021 NFL Draft Day 2 is here. Rounds 2 and 3 will begin later tonight. A lot of talented players still available.
I always believed Mac Jones should be a Patriot but I never honestly thought he would be.
Now, the Patriots have to address other holes on the roster. On day two, I like guys like Tyson Campbell at cornerback, Amon-Ra St. Brown at wide receiver, and Jabril Cox at linebacker. Guys that feel like Belichick players.
Who will your team draft today? Drop some names below and let’s see who hits on their guys and who misses.
If the Jets keep #34, I say Humphrey (or another O-Lineman), Ojulari, or Samuel Jr. I hope they trade back a bit, they still may see 2 of these guys still available
Either the jets draft a corner like Samuel Jr. or hopefully we trade back to pick up some other picks. I like Kelvin Joseph but not sure where he might land. Hopefully not a RB with 34 though.
Raiders blew it last night....hope they nail it with FS Javon Holland or CB Kelvin Joseph in R2 and with 2 picks in R3 two of the following guys: CB Paulson Adebo, DT Daviyon Nixon, FS Richie Grant, Edge Quincy Roche, LB Dylan Moses, or OL Quinn Meinerz
Titans: Feels like WR and OT will be early targets. Think they go WR then OL then hopefully best available with the 3rd pick tonight. My guess on WR would be Elijah Moore if they trade up and Rondale Moore or Dyami Brown if they don't. OT Spencer Brown or James Hudson and hopefully TE Hunter Long.
For the Browns, would say Jabril Cox in the 2nd round, but I'm not sure if the FO would think the value matches that early for a LB. Instead, I think they get Dyami Brown with their first pick today to get a deep threat with who meets a lot of qualities their analytics department would likely love. I also have to imagine Milton Williams is someone they are targeting in the third round as well as Cam Sample to get two versatile defenders for added depth and development. Would not be surprised to see a center picked though to get ready for when JC Tretter possibly leaves next year.
The narrative that the Broncos need to take a QB, any QB, is thankfully a non-starter. Panicking if your first-year player makes mistakes instead of developing him is how you become the NYJ. Broncos will take one of JOK at LB?, Moehrig at S, one of three OTs (Jenkins, Radunz, or Eichenberg) -- my preference, or Javonte Williams at RB. Long chance of Ojulari or Ossai at Edge.
Really hoping Landon Dickerson falls to Steelers, but doubt it. I’ll take any OLine player at this point tho. So happy to get Najee Harris round one who I’ve wanted them to draft since before the season ended!
If I’m Arizona, I trade you for either of the two top CB’s, Asante Samuel Jr. or Tyson Campbell, or the two top WR’s in Elijah Moore and Terrance Marshall Jr.
Miami fan, I want a running back and protection for Tua. Williams, maybe Dickerson, maybe Jenkins. Just depends on how the board falls. I also know there's a good chance they go defense but I'd wait.
Steelers: 55 Creed Humphrey, 88 Paulson Adebo
Saints Fan:
No Idea who we pick, but I would bet we make at least one, if not two trades today. Both to move up for someone the Saints covet.
Browns:Dyami Brown, Alim McNeil
Vikes package up some of their picks to go get Ojulari
Packers: Nick Bolton to add more speed to the defense.
Cardinals - Kelvin Joseph

Las Vegas: Does it really matter at this point? Gruden will do whatever he wants and doesn’t give a shit about value.
Owusu-Koramoah seems like a Saleh type of player.
Someone that will piss of Rodgers

Players the Packers could take and not upset me:
Dylan Moses
Terrace Marshall
Quinn Meinerz
Amon-Ra St. Brown
Ihmir Smith-Marsette
Landon Dickerson
Daviyon Nixon
I’d love for Tennessee to take Tommy Tremble in the second round.
Dallas Ronnie Perkins, Walker Little and Tyson Campbell

Hope the Vikings get some combination Javon Holland, Trey Smith, and/or Terrace Marshall
Cowboys fan here

75- Ifeatu Melifowu
84- Jevon Holland
99- Tutu Atwell

Tyson Campbell at 33. Richie Grant at 45. Pat Freiermuth at 65.

Chargers Asante Samuel Jr in round two, hoping for Aaron Banks ND round three and Quincy Rouche miami to finish off the third round
Washington: Trevon Moehrig we need a FS badly...
Really hoping the Titans can snag Amari Rodgers to pair with AJ Brown. The YAC potential is drool-worthy
Jets: with a much more dependable OL, I’d love to see a RB, CB (Asante Samuel Jr) or Edge
