Well, as a Lions fan I can tell you that Darrell Bevel is all about the classic "using the run to set up the pass" and does a lot of work with play action. Meyer obviously has plenty of experience with QBs that can run. I'm sure they will be using heavy play action as a base and then mold the rest of the offense around what he can do.
The grading scale back then was different, but essentially the same thing. I used to work off a 9.0 scale (what most NFL teams use) but changed it up while at B/R to make it more reader friendly.
