Hey gang! I wasn’t able to do a live Q&A on Monday night, but we have this awesome ability to do a Q&A right here on the site and it doesn’t take as much individual time as a live hangout.
So, drop your questions here today, tomorrow and Thursday. I’ll be in here until Friday evening answering as many questions as I can.
If you were an area scout for a NFL team, who is the guy that you would be pounding the table for in the 6th/7th round because you love him so much and think he will significantly outplay his draft position?
Hi Matt, with Carolina aggressively looking at quarterback, do you see any scenerio now where they trade up? Seems tough now that QB's are going 1-2-3 and a trade with Atlanta doesn't really seem plausable.
Hey Matt, with the Pats going crazy in free agency, and the sudden rise of Mac Jones, who would be a potential target for NE at 15? I don’t think a guy like Parsons or Waddle will fall, so would we settle for a Horn-type pick?
Now that Austin Blythe has left the Rams to sign with KC, do you think they go interior O-line with their first pick at #57? Someone who can play both guard and center like Josh Myers from Ohio State?
Jon Robinson and the Titans have become somewhat notorious for selecting guys in the first round that can’t come in and be day 1 starters or make an immediate impact. Whether it be a Jeffrey Simmons who had to be a wait and see guy due to injury or an Isaiah Wilson who is maybe the biggest bust in the last decade plus. Is that something you attribute to bad scouting and poor talent evaluation or can it simply be chalked up to a string of bad luck? Finally, who is someone you expect to be there at 22 that isn’t a project guy who could step right in and be an impact player for the Titans?
You always say mocks are what you think will happen, not what you would do. That being said, what is it about Ojulari and Phillips that makes you think they will go ahead of Rousseau and Paye (with the later 2 even falling to RD2 in your mocks) even though you have Paye and Rousseau ranked as higher prospects?
2 part question, as a denver fan, I would love to see parsons with that D. Would he fit in that scheme with vic? Also what are you hearing about what teams think of his character stuff? Thanks
I've been becoming more and more intrigued with Dax Milne out of BYU-I think he would be a great fit for the lions in possibly round 4. My question to you is two parts:
1. Where do you see his draft range?
2. I feel like he reminds me a lot of a slightly faster version of Kooper Cupp when I watch his game, style of play, build etc. thoughts on that comparison or do you see a better comp for him?
What are you hearing around Russell Wilson's availability around the draft and whether the Bears might circle back to the Seahawks to try to get a deal done?
Would you rather have 2 picks between 10 - 45? Or 3 picks between 20 - 60?
(If you're a in the 10 - 14 range of this draft, is the depth of this class enough to trade down 10+ spots to pick up an extra late 2nd rounder / early 3rd?)
What is the player that will drop way more then expected with a team that has a high quality GM will pick up in round 2-5? Kind of like how Ozzie always drafted the player we were all pissed to be a Raven?
Do you think Caleb Farley will fall to the bottom of the first round due to his injury history? If so, who would you choose if you were making the pick for the Packers, Farley or Newsome?
Due to it being such an odd year because of covid, do you think teams are more likely to trade back in this draft to acquire future draft picks? I mean I understand trading up for the QB’s in this class but without the combine, players opting out, and so on, teams aren’t able to get a full evaluation of the talent. Curious to hear your take!

If Farley did drop do think it'd be worth the risk for the Packers to take him?
Of the tackles who could be around at pick 31, which ones could be ready to start day 1 at LT for the Chiefs and which ones aren't ready?
Which position (CB or OL) is deeper for the Jets tackle with 23? With 34?
Which QB is the best fit(not the most likely) to the 49ers at 3?
What will the niners do with their 2nd round pick? Pick or trade?

Best Day 2/3 QB fit for Bears & , more specifically, Nagy system?
What is your ideal first three rounds for the Giants?
Do you have hint to where the Packers are heading this draft in the 1st round?
How would you rank the QBs if you included Darnold and Minshew in the rankings?
So my question is based on what you're hearing and not as much rankings...
Do you see any of these players making it to Day 3?
Cam Sample
Tyree Gillespie
Benjamin St Juste
Kendrick Green
Cade Johnson
I'm a big fan of the middle rounds and that's where I like to focus my time when reading up on the draft
When do you think Darnold gets traded?

What do you think is the most likely outcome for Carolina?
Do you foresee a quarterback or possible run on a certain position group that would allow the Titans to trade out of the 22nd pick?
Would Jalen Raegor even have a shot at the first round in this year’s draft? Asking for a friend
In your opinion who’re the best route runners that can be found on day 3 in this class?
Were there other BYU players who stood out during their Pro Day that you think get drafted now? Tonga, Milne, Wilcox, Herring?
The Bills in your mock's keep going RB, is that what you're hearing even with the Breida signing and taking back to back RB's on day 2?
Will the member mock draft be completed before the actual draft starts?
Where would you have Jordan Love in this class?
what are you hearing consistently as it pertains to the Titans?
Am I living in an alternate universe to want Bateman and Ossai for Titans first two rounds? I realize may take a trade up for Ossai. Hook Em

Is Casey Heyward dun?

Eagles traded back to 12, if Parsons and Horn are both there, how do you break that down based on need and player projection?
If you remove the injury concerns, how would the evaluation/ranking on Jaelen Philips change. How does he compare to EDGE players of recent drafts
At 31 assume Cosmi is gone for KC:
A. Creed and Brown Rd2
B. Quinn and Brown Rd2
C. Best LT and BPA rd2
Which of those options would you do? Fair to guess Rd 2 will be a project guy requiring Rankin or street FA to start?

Will any Indiana Hoosiers get drafted this year?
Will a Texas Longhorn finally get drafted in the 1st round for once?
What are you hearing around Russell Wilson's availability around the draft and whether the Bears might circle back to the Seahawks to try to get a deal done?
What is the most realistic outcome for the Eagles first 3 rounds vs best case scenario?
Who’s the best choice for the Chiefs at LT at 31: Teven Jenkins, Alex Leatherwood, or Liam Eichenberg?
Would you go Pat Friermuth, Javonte Williams or Landon Dickerson at pick 24?
Would you rather have 2 picks between 10 - 45? Or 3 picks between 20 - 60?

Jaelen Phillips. Worth the risk for CLE at 26?
What are your thoughts of Johnathon Adam’s Jr and Jalen Virgil at WR?
Who are the best man corners by round?
Which corners projected in round 3 or later have the best chance to be a long term starter in the NFL?

Pick 1 player from each round for Detroit...
1. Sewell, Pitts or Chase
2. Basham Jr., Jamin or Bateman
3. Jones II, Nico or Sample
What's the trade value of Orlando Brown?
What do you think is the most Broncos can get for lock if they do get darnold ? Or do they keep both if it happens ?
