Shrine Bowl: Day 1 Notes and Buzz

The morning started off with news breaking from ESPN that Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders would not be practicing or taking part in measurements at the 100th East-West Shrine Bowl.

From there it was non-stop action throughout the morning of practices. Below are our notes from attending practice and evaluating the players on the ground—as well as nuggets we picked up talking to scouts and agents who were in attendance.
