Post Combine Mock Draft
Now that the underwear Olympics are over... Full first round mock with team needs.
The draft is full of different rumors, speculations and straight up lies. After the combine we really have to start filtering out the BS and what is real. Over the next few weeks teams will start trashing players they love and hyping up guys they hate. So buckle up draft nerds - mock drafts are about to get crazy.
1. Chicago Bears (from Carolina) — Caleb Williams, QB, USC
Let’s not overthink this one. The Bears need Caleb Williams and they shouldn’t think twice about anything else. Get what you can for Justin Fields and start building this roster around an outstanding QB prospect.
Team Needs: QB, WR, C, DL, CB
2. Washington Commanders — Jayden Daniels, QB, LSU
Jayden Daniels has seen his stock soar recently and elevated him to the No. 2 pick. The Commanders need a new face to lead the franchise after the Dan Snyder era and Daniels knows all about recreating an image.
Team Needs: QB, TE, DE, CB, OL, LB
3. New England Patriots — Marvin Harrison Jr., WR, Ohio State
The Patriots need a new QB and Drake Maye could be the pick here. I’m not sure this roster is ready for a rookie QB though. Instead, they decide to get a sure thing at receiver. Something New England hasn’t had in a long time and something that will help out their future QB - eventually.
Team Needs: QB, WR, LT, DE, CB
