The Monday after the final regular season game is always a bleak time around the NFL as general managers, coaches, assistant coaches and front office personnel are relieved of their jobs. Fans may be excited and hopeful about front office and coaching changes, but for the men and women who will be looking for new jobs, it’s a tough day full of unrealized expectations and dreams. For many it means starting over. For some it’s the end of a dream.
