Matt Miller's 7-Round Mock Draft
All 259 picks of the 2022 NFL Draft predicted; with analysis on the entire first round.
The 2022 NFL draft kicks off in just four short months with the Jacksonville Jaguars back on the clock with the first overall selection. Today, we’ll predict all 259 picks of the upcoming draft ahead of the January 17 underclassman deadline and before the all-star events like the Shrine Game and Senior Bowl.
The ‘22 class is a unique one. There are two pass-rushers worthy of the first overall selection; three very good offensive tackles; and five quarterbacks all vying for the QB1 title in a race that likely won’t be settled any time soon.
As teams prepare for the draft, you hear often from NFL scouts and decision-makers that this isn’t a particularly strong year for incoming players. That said, the class has good top-end offensive tackle and defensive end talent while boasting depth at quarterback, running back, wide receiver, tight end, linebacker and safety.
No, the ‘22 draft doesn’t have the five top-tier quarterbacks we saw in last year’s lottery, but it’s also not as bare bones as the ‘13 draft was either.
So…where do the top prospects land and how do the teams fill their needs?
Let’s get into it.
