Name: Kyle Pitts College: Florida Height: 6’6” Weight: 245 lbs Overall Rank: 2 Position Rank: TE1 Strengths: Pitts is a unique prospect with rare traits as a tight end and offensive weapon. He has a long, athletic frame with a monstrous wingspan, elite speed, and the leaping ability to out-jump defenders for 50/50 passes. Pitts is able to line up in multiple positions ranging from H-back to X-receiver. Defenders won’t have an answer for his size, catch radius, athleticism and play strength. He’s quick off the line of scrimmage and has the speed to vertically separate or create with the ball in his hands post-catch. Pitts has excellent vision and awareness when the ball is in the air; he’s athletic enough to adjust his body to the ball and will sell out to make difficult grabs. His hands are exceptional and he rarely drops passes. As a blocker, Pitts isn’t great, but he shows the needed effort and work ethic to improve. Pitts is a Day 1 starter with the talent and ability to be the best player from the 2021 draft class.
The more I read about him, the more disappointed I'm going to be when the Falcons don't draft him.
