A Never Too Early 2025 Mock
We're on to 2025. I hope your team had an amazing 2024 draft.
The order is based on Super Bowl odds. Go cry somewhere else if you don’t like where your team is drafting.
Now that we have that out of the way. Welcome to the 2025 NFL Draft! I move on to the next draft quicker than most but I love the next crop of prospects and putting out content before it can be tainted by social media and NFL teams spreading lies. In 2024 we saw SIX quarterbacks go in the first round and one of the reasons is the lack of quarterback talent in this draft. I only see two or three top quarterbacks so far. Maybe we will get a Baker Mayfield/Joe Burrow performance from someone but for now, I have Quinn Ewers (Texas), Carson Beck (Georgia) and Shedeur Sanders, (Colorado) as my only quarterbacks in the first round. And all of these quarterbacks will need a big senior season to validate a first round selection. 2025 is once again loaded on the offensive line and receiver but also brings some elite corner talent to the board. As well as, some impressive defensive line prospects - a position that is becoming more valuable in the NFL. Let’s take a look at the NEVER TOO EARLY 2025 NFL Mock Draft. Enjoy.
1. Carolina Panthers - Harold Perkins, EDGE, LSU
The Panthers have their franchise QB in Bryce Young, a LT in Ekownu and a solid receiver room. They need some help on defense and Harold Perkins is already drawing comparisons to Micah Parsons. With the departure of Brian Burns this offseason the Panthers also need a marquee pass rusher. Perkins may be a little undersized but the potential jumps off the tape and he has never been used to meet his full potential.
Notable 2024 Selections: WR Xavier Legette, RB Jonathon Brooks, LB Trevin Wallace
2025 Needs: EDGE, CB, C
2. Washington Commanders - Kelvin Banks, OT, Texas
