The game of football is loaded with outstanding players that do unbelievable things every Sunday. The 2023 NFL Draft will bring a new crop of players that can change a game and swing the momentum in just one play. Check out my list of 2023 gamebreakers.

Quarterback

Bryce Young, Alabama
Bryce Young doesn’t have the ideal measurables (5 '10”, 204 lbs) but he has all the intangibles. The 2021 Hesiman Trophy winner put the Crimson Tide on his back numerous times on their way to the 2021 College Football National Championship with jaw-dropping plays - with his legs and his arm. One of my favorite parts of Young's game is his ability when the play breaks down. I might even go as far to say Young is more dangerous while playing “backyard football” than he is from a structured, clean, offense.

Anthony Richardson, Florida
Anthony Richardson has great size, speed and explosion for a quarterback. In fact, Richardson broke the record for vertical jump by a quarterback (40.5 inches) and tied the record for broad jump (10 feet 9 inches). While leaping ability doesn’t exactly translate to the quarterback position, is does show Richardson’s lower body athletic ability and explosion.  Pair that with his 4.43 40-yard dash, which scored in the 98 percentile, and you have one the most athletic quarterbacks to ever play in the NFL. I can’t wait to see what teams draw up for Richardson.
