Jed York is very active on Twitter today. Any chance he has been observing Twitter, Sports Talk radio, ESPN and NFL Network implode on the Mac Jones speculation at #3 and stepped in to veto Kyle, preserving the 49ers brand from months and possibly years of disgruntled fans/consumers? The NFL basically made a marketing decision with Kaepernick, that he was too caustic for half of their fanbase. York looked at Mac Jones and came to the same conclusion.
Either that, or the pick has been "traded" for Rodgers or Watson, and the selections is being made by another GM. How else would you explain the apparent shift? You were adamant that Jones would go #3.
On a scale of 1 to Mike Ditka, how much do you think Chicago is willing to give up to get a QB, considering that Pace and Nagy don't have to care about the future if the QB is a bust?
Recent betting lines have the 3rd overall pick trending in the direction of Trey Lance. Mac is now a slim betting favorite. Is there anything ne won that front or do you think books are just hedging their risk trying to get more on Lance?
I really think SF goes with Lance
What will the Patriots do? I just know that they'll trade 96 to eliminate the Brady compensation chatter.
My bold predction, Carolina trades down twice in the first, picking up Ertz and Gilmore in the process. Thoughts?
Matt, what do you make of the sudden move in the odds on pick 3 away from Jones and towards Lance?
Browns Andrew Berry going from the delivery room to the war room. That's a hell of a day.
Don’t the Broncos actually have a good offensive line? Why OL over fields?
Kyle Shanahan said on Sports Center, “we wanted to trade up for Trey since January” ... says they were comfortable with two guys at this spot.

Will the Bears trade down in the first round to draft the6th an?
Any way the moving up for a CB talk is a smokescreen to lower the value of trading up for a QB instead

Saints potentially moving up into the top 10 for a QB? Or are you hearing otherwise?
